‘Chithra Akura’(චිත්‍ර අකුර)is a project done by the Royal College Art Circle to develop the educational standards of children who learn art as a subject in Sri Lanka. By designing web-based learning materials, we enable students to learn more attractively than ever before. Also, in creating attractive lessons we mainly focus on giving a self-learning experience through these websites. By giving a self-studying experience, we teach all users to study well at home using tips & methods. Furthermore, by creating awareness about the subject we hope to preserve and protect the subject knowledge from generation to generation. Also, quiz competitions, poster campaigns, an art papers bot, a research competition, a telegram quiz channel, an O/L instruction book, an O/L seminar, and a field trip are included in the ‘Chithra Akura’ project.
